I currently serve as the President of Cotswold Capital Advisors, Inc.; the Chief Executive Officer of Dental Card Services Alliance, LLC, an organization I co-founded in 2009; and as the CEO, Member of the Board, and Co-Founder of TruBlu Dental Management, Inc. I recently served as a Senior External Advisor for McKinsey & Company’s Pharmaceutical & Medical Products practice. Previously, I was the Vice President Office of the CEO for Dentsply Sirona, the world's largest dental consumable and equipment provider. In my previous roles with Dentsply Sirona, I was responsible for corporate strategy and business development, specialty markets including dental support organizations, and strategic projects. Prior to joining legacy Sirona Dental, I spent over 15 years of experience in investment banking, venture capital, private equity, management consulting, and corporate business development. My wide-ranging experience includes corporate divestitures, strategic advisory assignments, new business development, operational improvements, global revenue synergies and cost reduction initiatives, including pre- and post-merger management. Despite being a generalist for most of my professional career, I have developed a considerable amount of experience across a broad set of industries.
